The above charges include VAT, and are due annually on 1st April.
In addition there will be an annual charge per mooring of £230 including VAT to cover the cost of water and electricity connections and maintenance. Electricity supply is by purchase of prepaid cards.
New Moorers will be charged a proportion of the above rates from the date of the mooring agreement to 31st March 2010.

The above prices include VAT.
Leasehold Moorers will also incur the annual maintenance charge detailed above of £230 per annum including VAT.
A ground rent is also payable of £50 per annum for the first 10 years, £100 per annum for the next 10 years, and £150 per annum for the last 10 years of the lease (plus VAT).
