We are offering 30 year leases on moorings, up to a maximum of 20 moorings.
These moorings will accommodate 62ft narrowboats.
This is an opportunity to own your own mooring, with great cost savings and security.
The leases are transferable and can also be sold, but we do ask that if you wish to transfer the lease other than to a close family member then we have the first option to buy back the lease from you at a proportion of the original price, based upon the unexpired proportion of the lease.
If you are leaving your mooring for a period you may sublet your lease to another person, which must be at not less than our published annual rates, and indeed we may be able to find you a sub tenant for your mooring.
